The Howey Mansion
We purchased the Howey Mansion after becoming captivated by its history and its potential. The estate had been abandoned for years, but we saw something worth saving — a rare piece of Florida history that deserved to be brought back. We spent nine months working alongside historical experts, talented partners, and skilled craftsmen to restore every detail with care. Through that process we salvaged and preserved the architectural character that makes the mansion what it is. Today the estate operates as a premier venue for weddings, events, historic tours, and overnight accommodations — returned to the community as the cherished landmark it was always meant to be.
Parlor Doughnuts Orlando
We are multi-unit developers of the Parlor Doughnuts franchise, and Orlando was the first location we opened, launching in 2024. The opportunity came when the owner of Cafe Linger — the beloved restaurant that previously occupied the space — moved back to Germany during COVID, giving us the chance to acquire the building and reimagine it. We saw in that moment exactly the kind of project we look for: a space with character, a community that cared about it, and room to build something lasting. The shop has become a genuine staple in the neighborhood, open seven days a week, and has grown beyond its origins to now serve lunch alongside an expanding menu that includes four savory doughnut options. It is also a serious coffee stop. More than a business, it has been a foundational learning experience — shaping how we think about operations, hospitality, and the development of every unit that follows. We acquired this College Park home in one of Orlando's most desirable neighborhoods for $710,000 and set out to transform it into something exceptional. The project was a full gut rehabilitation — taken down to the studs and rebuilt with an uncompromising standard of finish throughout. Beyond the interior, we added an infinity pool and a fully appointed mother-in-law suite, expanding both the livability and the appeal of the property. College Park has long been a neighborhood where character and location command a premium, and we believed this home could be a showcase for what thoughtful renovation can achieve in that market. The result bore that out — the property sold for $3,000,000, a return that reflected both the quality of the work and the vision behind it.
